Sunlight Falls is the largest human-centric city between Emerald (the northern city) and Santa Francisca (the southern city). The populace is heavily composed of Etonian humans.

Sunlight Falls Government

Until a few years ago, Sunlight Falls was run by a city council. It is now under the leadership of Elspeth Smith. She has her own personal guard and maintains the "Duke" system of city operations that were previously maintained by the City Council.
